And whites in a position of authority have more assumed credence because they must really be good to be promoted over a "disadvantaged person"
DEI is s bullshite idea and an even worse policy once implemented - there is NO WAY to actually 'do it right' - it is a never-fail recipe for mediocracy, or worse. .

DEI is illegal.
Plain and simple.
I’ve been in the room and watched it unfold and have said - this is illegal.
To no avail.
