This is where the goalposts are now for the Q movement.
Maybe they need their own thread again if that is the case...

I tried to get him to explain it, but he basically said he didn't want to research it to possibly prove it wrong
I did research it however. The "11.3" he keeps referring to comes from the Dept. of Defense "Law of War Manual" which is not U.S. Code like he said. The Law of War Manual is just that, a manual covering international law as it relates to war.
I'm really really trying to not feed into their craziness, but I think he believes that DC is not US soil and somehow international laws apply. See above.
These people are mentally ill and I really hope they seek help. His thread about leaving was narcissistic as hell, then he backtracks an hour later because of new "evidence" that he won't even bother explaining.

US Army has the right to defend federal property since the Civil War.

I don’t have the moral high ground to tell you to do so because I engage with them regularly.
Just giving you a little background of who/what you’re dealing with

And there wasn't. The constitution says the terms begin and end at noon. The president-elect must swear the oath before taking office.

Apparently neither of you get it... Who the frick told you that Washington D.C. is not U.S. soil?
Are you familiar with what happened in 1871? Are you familiar with there being 2 constitutions? Are you aware who finances DC?

LMAO, you people are so twisted, you do not even know which way is up anymore... D.C. is most certainly U.S. soil, no matter what some crackpot on the internet has told you...

But it seems that Biden could cancel that anytime he wants. If he thought that they were hanging around for some ambush or round up, he can send them away at his leisure.
He's still being denied intelligence briefings. He is not in control.

Bottom line: You can use the National Guard.
There are active duty troops there as well. This is a matter of public record.

1. No it wasn't. It was me keeping my word. You should try it sometime. You lie regularly, just like in the first part I quoted of your post - I've never said that shite.
2. So the frick what if I changed my mind and decided to stick it out. I was under no obligation to anyone and was in fact considering leaving because they deleted the Q thread.

Hi Ed...remember yesterday when you said the 11.3 stuff was U.S. Code? It's not. It's referencing a manual on international law.

And depending on their role, it is perfectly legal for them to be there...
Did the arrests happen or did the goal posts move, again?

Thanks for doing the legwork on that one.

I saw you said it was a wartime manual? Interesting. You know we are still on a war footing, right? Have been since 9-11.
