I'm kind of confused about the "revelation" people are talking about...

Wasn't it already KNOWN that the Guiffre girl accused him of having sex with girls at pedo island and in New York?

Wasn't Dersh suing to have the documents unsealed so he could refute them?

If I'm missing something, please help me out on it.
