I feel a shifting tide today. Particularly after the FDA voted down boosters. These companies realizing they will not have a business if 30-40% of employees walk. Being that GD is a massive federal defense contractor I’m curious to see if Biden will fold.

This is coming at my employer as well. It's more like 60-70% that will remain unvacc****ed though.
Different dynamics though. We have more hospital contracts than imaginable, and a good part (30-40%) of our employee base is directly dealing with hospital administration and staff, in person, on a daily basis.
Those hospitals are threatening to break or not renew our contracts if we don't force vaccinations.
It will take some extreme pressure on hospitals to avoid a total and complete shitshow. My employer has to be shitting bricks right now because they're completely fricked no matter what they do. Thankfully I've built myself a very desirable skill set over the past 2+ decades there.

I don't think this mandate will ever bw implemented. Joe will give a speech about how people took his speech to heart and came together and got vaccinated and it will no longer be necessary to have a mandate.
