Gays- usually excellent customer service and clean appearance.
Trannies- weird as hell, unkempt and too mentally unstable to trust handling food. These types are often looking for someone to be offended so they can retaliate.

That’s not uncommon that management comes up with “unwritten” hiring policies. I’ve worked at places in Baton Rouge that wouldn’t hire either male bartenders or female bartenders, or black bartenders or ghey bartenders. Different reasons for different preferences. Walk in any place and you can see their preference.
