Ganesh Jayaram, new American Airlines CIO, shipping major chunk of tech jobs to India

Pretty much the story every time an Indian gains a high level position at a company. Outsource jobs to India and hire a ton of Indians stateside to displace American workers. I am sure Vivek, Collin Rugg and Christopher Rufo will come along shortly to tell us this is all the USA based workers fault, they were just too lazy and incompetent and if they just worked 95 hours a week this wouldn't have happened
This is just jobs being shipped to India, who knows how many H1Bs he will hire in the US to displace US workers that work at American Airlines in the DFW area.
DFW has been overtaken when it comes to tech jobs and its sad. At least the diversity crowd can celebrate massive volleyball tournaments in Dallas from ONE caste where 20% of that caste was at said volleyball tournament as seen below.

A lot of Con Inc. grifters like Collin Rugg, Christopher Rufo and Will Chamberlain sided against American workers during this debate back around Christmas time, consistently slamming American workers as lazy and entitled
It's a shame how much influence these Con Inc. grifters have.

It’s sad.
One of the negative things about trump’s speech last night, was bringing in “smart foreigners” to take American jobs.
Bring the downvotes.

Isn't that the name of their little elephant-head boy deity? Britain should have kept India as a colony and kept them on a tight leash. Sure, there are exceptions, but this Motel Six/convenient store crowd, along with the incessant scam and spam calls has got to be corralled.

American Airlines is a horrible, horrible company. Given how poorly they treat their employees, I’m surprised they haven’t done this sooner.
They’ve also overpaid their flight attendant contracts which includes clauses that FAs don’t have to help clean the planes between flights. Ergo, they’ve had to contract with third parties to clean the planes.
It’s just a poorly run company. It’s had a string of executives who continue to make bad decision after bad decision and communicate those decisions in just about the worst way possible.
