I don’t think most of those 184,000 people “don’t believe in the freedom to worship being a fundamental human right”. I think you are misstating what a no vote meant for political points here.

The previous wording was explicit and good enough. My worry is that a yes vote for this amendment will eventually allow the state to have authority it never had in the first place. This wording seems to compel the state to act on issues related to freedom to worship when before they were compelled not to act. Their foot is now in the door.
