I mean, it does look like it's the bottom of a mask and his neck can be seen below it.

It's harsh lighting that at first glance does look a little sus. But then you have to ask yourself why? And I'm sorry but he isn't high enough to need to make a duplicate.

Yeah, it moves with the rest of him, not independently as a mask might. The vid shows a bit more context than just a pic.
