B.O. is a believer in Critical Race Theory, as well as the Prof in college he defended who was pushing it, this prof was Derrick Bell who actually developed the "theory". J. Wright, B.O.'s minister for what twenty+ years, also a believer in CRT.
Oh, don't do what CNN did, and refer to Wikipedia, you should be able to find Bell's own CRT writings.

Quacks like a duck, walks like a duck....! May as well be a racist; his actions end up in the same scenarios as overt racist policy would. Big time antipathy and division along racial lines.

If someone had a chance to bring the races together, it was him, unfortunately he was a huge racist in disguise. With no answers or ideas, he has to let his racism divide us, so at least he has a group left to keep his approval up.
