Just amazes me how blacks bash Trump when he has done more for them than Obama ever did. Just plain ignorance.
I don’t think any politician has done much for black People, republican or Democrat.

No doubt. I’ve worked many jobs in my life where I’ve had to sacrifice my ability to comment on my views or etc. It comes with the job, i.e. the companies I have represented. Coach O represents a public university, it’s a high profiled job. Many high profiled jobs bar you from political comments and so forth. There are some that require your social media pages to be completely transparent at well. Some people struggle with these notions, mainly because they have never worked at a level that every action you take, every word you speak, and every choice you make represents the company directly. O is the chief spokesman of LSU football, and should’ve never made those comments or have been allowed to. Rest assured, people can and will get fired for similar comments for large businesses and etc. I’m not saying that it’s fair; I’m saying it’s part of the job and Coach O knows better. There’s no doubt he’s already regretting his comments and will be discussed internally. Again, most people are going to disagree because they can’t relate to being in that type of job.
So you literally completely avoid the part where O has complimented and hung out with JBE. Glad to know you're a hypocrite.

Oh for fricks sake. He is the head coach. Are you a head coach?
Didn’t think so. Just a so called insider that couldn’t hold Os dick
frick off

He said on national tv that he “loves” JBE? There’s a way to remain a little less effusive and broad when being appreciative of support from a politician.

He actively campaigned for John Bel, he simply said in a quick response he loves Trump

Totally disagree about O being politically driven. He is literally cordial and friendly to Rs and Ds. The freaking HORROR! He is good friends with the Dem Gov for goodness sake. O is the example for everyone to GET ALONG and it’s not US vs THEM. We need more folks like Coach O spreading goodwill and positivity in these times!!
He made a political comment and I don’t believe he should be in his job. I would feel the same way regardless of who is president. I also don’t believe he should’ve been in JBE’s presser a while back either. Football and politics should be separate.

He’ll pull out that LSU association if it benefits him. Bye Ryan. You’re a racist, crybaby a-hole. I hope O never lets you anywhere near the team again.

So him praising JBE is cool? Him and JBE taking photo ops is cool? Everyone bitching in here about O taking a side )politically) didn't say shite when he's buddies with JBE. I wonder why lol
No!! I disagreed with him doing that as well.

I’ll say the same thing I’ve said in every other Ryan Clark thread, frick him! To have the audacity to publicly bash O and Drew Brees because they don’t quite see things the same way as you. Those two men have done more in their careers for this state than his bitch arse will ever even contemplate. Just because ESPN gave you a platform doesn’t mean people have to respect you or listen to your racist bull shite.

Read my comments below. I don’t think that was appropriate either.

When did I claim to be an insider.? I did claim, however, that many would disagree with my take as they can’t relate to having a job that would lead you to restrict your comments and etc. You are obviously one if those who can’t relate. I don’t hold against you.

Apologies didn't see you comment on that. Unfortunately you won't get any upvotes from Lester as he's only one sided in politics.

I’m not on any side of the political spectrum. I was only trying to bring insight into why Coach O probably regrets those comments and shouldn’t have made them. Certain jobs require you to be silent. He got caught off guard and gave a quick answer. If he had to do it all over again he wouldn’t have said that.

Cute. You made a post that inferred you had knowledge. Apparently that was false. Now you show up sucking arse. That’s ok. I don’t hold it against you.
If you don’t think someone in Os position can embrace both sides you’re dumber than you sound.

In LSU gear? While representing the university? On national television?
At the end of the day, I don’t care what his political beliefs are. And I appreciate that he seems to have some and that he puts his neck out for them.
But from a recruiting and team chemistry perspective, saying glibly that he loves a politician on national television is a bridge too far—particularly since this president has built his brand on division.
If Coach O, on national television, had said that he wasn’t a fan of Trump and some of his policies, would you be so in favor of his representing the university on national tv? In this instance, he’d likely alienate some fans but not toooo many recruits (although maybe some).
It’s just not the right move, the right choice of words. He should be smarter than that.

Can’t imagine O’s gaffes going over too well in the locker room. Just a matter of time when you have trouble string together a basic sentence. What a meat plow.
