Ford changed her testimony in a extremely substantive manner which PROVES she LIED .....

either in her sworn (polygraphed) statement or in her testimony.

She state unequivocally that there were "4 boys and a couple of girls". She later went on to name three boys (Kavanaugh, Judge, Smyth) and the other girl, Leland. She said she couldn't remember the name of the other boy (singular). She took a polygraph SWEARING to the accuracy of this statement and this was presented to the Committee.

She then gets Kavanaugh's calendar which shows that there was no such party with just "4 boys and a couple of girls." And, there was only one party which showed that Judge, PJ, and Kavanaugh were at the SAME party. In this entry, "Judge, Tom, PJ, Bernie, Squi" were at the party, along with Kavanaugh and Timmy (the boy who hosted this gathering). That's SEVEN boys.

How is that relevant? The "AT LEAST" language is what Senator Whitehouse used to say that the gathering on July 1, 1982 must have been the "party" where the "attempted rape" occurred.

THIS is the exact kind of changing story that gets witnesses' statement thrown out of court.

And, it proves that either her POLYGRAPH was a complete sham OR she changed her story and lied after she got a look at Kavanaugh's date book to try and make her bullsh!t story be plausible.


ETA: Also keep in mind that this wasn't the first time she changed her story. She told her therapist that there were FOUR BOYS present. She mentioned nothing about the girl. It is entirely plausible that she later added her really good friend Leland because she thought Leland was also part of the win-at-all-cost, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY wing of the Resistance and would lie to verify her story.

I also believe she changed her story in light of the blog posted by Ed Whelan. It is inconceivable that these "4 boys and a couple of girls" would have been at a party at a house that none of their parents owned. So, if she throws in the "AT LEAST" language, Kavanaugh could never use the defense that none of the named boys have a house that matched her description. By saying "AT LEAST," that means that there is an infinite number of boys whose house could have been the scene of the alleged "attempted rape."

As I was listening to her testimony I picked up on the new "AT LEAST" language right away. I REALLY thought, "DAMN, this Arizona prosecutor has her NOW and we'll all get to see a Perry Mason moment." But the stupid b!tch completely missed it. And, when Sen. Whitehouse used it in his final remarks, I thought that someone would pick up on it and run with it to show WHY she CHANGED her story. But, no one has picked up on it.
