You can claim lottery winning with a blind trust. It has been done many times especially with huge payout where the winners want to remain anonymous. The winning ticket is claimed by the trust and the trust pays all taxes and distributes the funds. The members of the trust remain completely anonymous.

Back in 2005 - 2010 I lived in Illinois and I suspected the Mega Mil and Powerball were rigged, even back then . So I always had a schedule appointment in Kenosha, Wisconsin I would go to this Shell station and buy my lottery tickets. This happened every Tuesday .. Turns out that Shell station was owned by Russians, and the employees were also Russian. When I moved down here to New Orleans some people from that period of time would not let this go and in 2015 claimed that I was a Russian. At work these people grabbed my computer, not once but twice --- never to find even one single scrap of evidence to support their claim.

I am about the most American person you can find --- in the United States of America
But damn did they try --- even had a FISA warrant on my head that was international.

Fought that fuc*er for years

That's why I knew the lottery was rigged all those years

They should have NEVER messed with me.
