I am so against money/influence from outside of a constituency being used for campaign donations. If you don’t live in the geographic region the elected position governs, you shouldn’t be able to donate to the candidates. Just like you wouldn’t be able to vote.

Honest question: what has Soros done even theoretically to help end "the drug war." Is that an intentional phrase v. "War on Drugs"? Or just a synonym?
