3 - That does not mean that Treasurer Fleming and many of his supporters are wrong about the FISCAL aspects of CCS. Tax dollars should not be propping up this fake sham.

You would be surprised what major investment funds can require without government pushing it. Investment banks handle money for major investors, it's not necessarily the bank which makes the requirement. Take a very conservative personal friend who is an investment banker. The invest in lots of things for major investors from the UK and Italy in the US

Interesting that now there is a campaign ad with fake Cajun singing (sounds like rednecks) from a failed Libertarian candidate in Texas who ran on being pro illegals, promoting Fleming.
