Trump is exposing the uniparty RINOs.

If 2022 had been a red wave of MAGA, we wouldn’t be here—where the balance of the house can be swung to democrats by a few defectors.

Trump is great at removing Republicans from competitive races and replacing them with Democrats. Winnning yugely!
Listen, Trump makes many mistakes, like most politicians, but he didn’t create the rot that’s infesting DC.

georgia and arizona are two fricked up states. Are you saying their opponents are doing great or better?

I am so sick 0f these POS republicans going against the wishes of the public they are supposed to represent. Trump gets the support because unlike them he actually tries to accomplish what he say he will try to do. All they do is make promises then get to Washington and forget what they promised. Then get wealthy,

And one person is why it was not a red wave.
WI should have a GOP governor right now. And a right leaning court.

So if these resignations lead to elections, wouldn't this be a prime avenue for MAGA to win these seats and replace RINOs? Assuming MAGA is that popular, of course.
You know damn well it doesn’t work that way. They aren’t giving up a purple seat AND giving up the influence and donors. Don’t be stupid.

If he ran as a republican, simply to pass Dem spending bills and offer no resistance, he should have ran as
A Democrat
Man, if you're considering Ken Buck a Democrat you've about lost the plot.

This is how dumb we are as a country. We have House members protesting the likely candidate for President as if their job and sole purpose was to work with or for the POTUS.
You are there to represent your constituents from your State regardless of whether it's Trump, Biden, Kennedy, or whoever else is in the White House.
They never deserved to be there in the first place.

I’ve driven from a place 60 minutes from Madison to Utah twice now. It always takes me through cranberry land.
Any more info and people here can dox me. There’s some strange folk here.

^^^ couldnt agree more. Congress is a huge problem they all need evicted.

quote:Didn't say that. But he handed two Senators from GA, one from AZ and one from PA to democrats. All very winnable races. The house should have been--by historical standards and Biden's approval numbers--a slaughter. Instead, Republican barely won control and my not keep it the entire term. Yay! All this winning!

quote:He turned the red districts redder, and the purple districts bluer. That's no way to win Congressional power. And it kills in statewide races because most of the purple districts contain the majority of the population.
And one person is why it was not a red wave.
Looks great for the primary, though!! It seems like some poeple think those votes carry over to the next round or something?

Cult45 isn't all that informed.
SOme highlights from Buck's time in the House;
Buck voted in favor of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.[49] He said the bill is "fairer for American families" and that it would "keep more jobs in America."[50]
COVID-19 pandemic response
On March 4, 2020, Buck was one of only two representatives to vote against an $8.3 billion emergency aid package meant to help the United States respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.[51][52][53] He subsequently voted against the March 14, 2020 Coronavirus Relief Bill that passed the House by a vote of 363–40.[54]
That vote against was against Trump btw. And he was correct in voting against it.
He was against impeaching Biden so that makes him a pariah in Cult45's eyes. Just ignore the fact it would have gone nowhere.
Some more;
While vaccines were approved for use to prevent the coronavirus and being distributed, Buck told Fox News he would refuse inoculation: "I will not be taking the vaccine. I'm an American. I have the freedom to decide if I'm going to take a vaccine or not and in this case I am not going to take the vaccine. I'm more concerned about the safety of the vaccine than I am the side effects of the disease."[55]
On October 3, 2023, Buck was one of eight Republicans who voted to remove Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House.[60]
Sounds like a hard core leftist to me. /s
