Nope, he's playing a game. Bro needs red voters to like what he says, so he can retain his seat. He's banking on them being too stupid to realize that he votes strictly along party lines even if he acts like he isn't going to.
And unfortunately it's probably a winning strategy for him, because I'm becoming convinced that the average voter has the mental capacity of a dried up starfish.

I have solid talks with DEMS that want to convert, and they understand and believe.....but when it comes to the booth, the D lever is pulled.....same here with the big man.
