Her incompetence certainly did. But, she was set up for failure by the Biden Administration. Competency doesn't matter with them. It is all about falling on the sword for wokeness. She was a prime candidate for that, and an aide to the Biden staff. Her connections put her in that position WAY before she should have been...but they don't care as long as woke.
As for People like Displaced Buck.........he don't care about the 60...she was one of them so she should be grieved and worshiped.

Treating everyone equally and releasing the information at the same time would have calmed everything.
I don't think there's anything as bad in her history as what's implied by holding her name back an extra 24 hours in violation of rules, having a snippy Army twitter admin act snarky, and then purging her social accounts.

I would imagine she had some of that on her social media...otherwise they would not be that concerned about scrubbing.
My guess is that you will get some info out soon that describes her competency as questionable. This screams Biden Admin ties to help her into a position that would ultimately kill 60+ due to incompetence.
