In order to create a tragedy with which to blame on Trump, I'm afraid that some casualties will be necessary, so, the Government may need to withhold or delay some disaster relief in order to create a condition that places the Anti Trumpers in an ideologically advantageous position. Didn't the Mayor of San Juan already wear a T shirt announcing that there WILL BE casualties? "We are dying" Isn't that a clear announcement of this narrative? Now that the announcement is made it is necessary for these casualties to be produced for the cameras.

So, some casualties will serve the cause. I do expect to see these casualties and they will be blamed on Trump relentlessly.

Of course, the "policeman" and all reactionary Trump Fascist attempts at counter-propaganda will be relentlessly discredited by US mass media.
