My understanding is the “pipebomber” was tracked all the way to a parking lot, and they know who bought the metro card that was used.
Why that info hadn’t been built on, I can’t fathom.

WHY am I still smelling a rat here?
I don't trust ANYTHING coming from the eff-bee-eye or the see-eye-aye, let alone anything coming from our goobermint(s).
