Again, they had the clearance to view the material, and since it was a raid, a need to know.

With respect to Top Secret clearance, it is only a basic level screening necessary for certain jobs.

Brah, there is nothing basic about a TS investigation. A secret is far less comprehensive, but a TS is in depth.

You clearly do not have any experience with TS ops. Someone can have a TS clearance but that doesn’t mean they have the necessary clearance to view certain programs ops and docs.

I can promise you based on the low level of the FBI that executed this search and based on the low level judge that authorized it, it was not high enough to handle matters of National Security.

You in the business of making false promises? Every FBI SA has a TS/SCI. It’s a requirement. They were read on. Because they were conducting a raid, they had a need to know. I haven’t a clue whether the person you were responding to has any experience, but it’s clear you don’t, and if you do someone either didn’t pay attention (you) or someone really fricked up.

FBI is not involved in most cases with the highest levels of National Security. That would be other 3 letter agencies.

You have no clue on how jurisdiction works, do you?

How can people be so stupid? The FBI doesn’t have clearance to view National security secrets just because they 1) have a TS clearance or 2) just because some judge gave them permission to go do a raid. Totally do not have an F*cking clue!
