Lying to the court, either this one or another, is not relevant?
Ins't relevant to this case according to the judge...
But don't see how this is any different now. Its the same thing.
I think its relevant but I'm not a lawyer. Dudes an obvious liar.

He's taking the Joe Biden excuse now. I forgot if I traveled with her in 2021.

A cop caught lying in court on any case ends up on a DA blacklist of officers who they can’t use in court at all as a result.
Apparently lawyers aren’t held to the same standards.

OMG, this is why people hate lawyers... "Statements/Receipts"
Also, anyone with a brain knows he has receipts. Easy to go into your rewards accounts, airlines, hotel, etc... and get receipts.

QQ for SFP or other lawyers...
Could the court subpoena phone records for both of them from 2019/2020?

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night…
I would think those could be subpoenaed but not the court directly. My guess is that his wife could push for them to be subpoenaed if she didn’t have access to them for whatever reason.
Or if she does have access, no subpoena required if she chooses to turn it over.

I have to say this after watching the last few witnesses.... there is sense of general incompetence running through there respective testimonies and suggests that it carries over into their day-to-day professional positions.

Seems like the logical steps to take. If they were dating its going to be obvious by the number of texts/phone calls.
I mean, could claim "it was just work stuff" but he's saying here and there.

The court can issue subpoenas on its own (especially in this instance where it is conducting an inquiry into the conduct of the officers before it)

The hair-splitting has begun.

Sounds like the IRS should be all up his arse... He admitted a little while ago that he put everything on his business credit card. Guarantee he claimed a shite ton of stuff he shouldn't have.
