The humane action of releasing convicted felons from prisons during the COVID19 lock downs, into an economy that was shut down ...hence no jobs and no opportunities other than wait for the signal to take their professional experience to the inner cities for the past week ....And we are somehow convinced that Macy's, CVS, and other demolished downtown stores will hire these new store shelf stockers ? What will be on their resume? "I know your product line and store very well. I have inventory to sell back to you."
