Why do you feel compelled to white knight for Erika Kirk?
The discussion is about Erika's fitness for a particular purpose and/or her credibility, not whether there is merit to a argument or point that she made.
TPUSA appears to have named her CEO in an attempt to avoid disintegration/staunch the bleeding. Prior to the assassination of her husband, she was not a household name, nor was there any indication of her grasp of politics or the business of running a large and complex organization (pointing to her "Holy Shirts and Pants" type nonprofit doesn't count unless you can back it up with records showing it was a healty enterprise). Skepticism or criticism of her being appointed was met with feigned anger/outrage. Apparently, she became girlboss by divine right and it can't be questioned.
Men saying she should focus on family and not try to do something she's not suited for is being truthful and polite.
The hostile reaction to such criticism is why people are listening to those claiming that she's an operative whose mission was to contain Charlie and/or get him killed. Kind of like Angela Lansbury or Meryl Streep playing Raymond Shaw's mother in the Manchurian candidate.
