The second has been the shiny object to keep your attention for a long time but they have been more interested in wider pursuits. Maybe quietly going through the 4th and others. How hard would it be to expand the RFL to include you to be threat to society? Better put you in a place where you’ll be safe. Unconstitutional? String together pieces of a few amendments and there you go.

Private schools aren't perfect either. I know of one that essentially started POC recognition celebrations, and even started showing the kids of wealthy parents how to protest. Making signs about acceptance to walk around campus in a protest form, etc.
Next time I'm around the kids I know that go there, I'm going to ask them to recite The Pledge of Alliance, to see if that is even taught.

SwalWell wants to Red Flag Shapiro. Shapiro, being an elitist dumbass like Hankabitch, doesn't opposed Red Flag laws because the SCOTUS has declared that violating your 2nd and 4th Amendments isn't violating your 2nd and 4th Amendments. Can't wait for them to come out with the ruling that only letting you have a lawyer after you have been convicted doesn't violate your rights either. Think little Ben and Hanky will have a problem with that one?
