Probably because this accusation and your gamer Xer in your OP-- is passing around in wide aggregation an out of context video. JE invoked the fifth amendment 500 to 600 times.
It is quite possible the video clip in your OP is doctored as it was originally reported that that context of questions was of Bill Clinton.
