Well Gilbertsin sounds like a democrat.
So I already don’t trust her.
shite like this doesn’t scream secure.
And you have the whole issue of voters not being checked out correctly that received a ballot but didn’t vote because 30% of the tabulators were down.
And the response is we don’t know why voters werent checked out correctly.
This is ripe for fraud. Arizona is clown world.
So I already don’t trust her.

When the voter arrives at a second location, the e-poll book flags that they have already received a ballot, according to the manual. Upon check-in, a message pops up that says “The voter has already been issued a ballot for this election! Allow Reissue? Please call the hotline if you have questions.”

The procedure is a precaution designed to prevent double voting by guarding against one voter casting multiple ballots at different vote centers. Because the voter wasn’t checked out, the county has no easy way to confirm the voter didn’t already vote.
This is ripe for fraud. Arizona is clown world.

Why is that?
The law creates a criminal offense without any certainty as to compliance. It is too vague.

A person charged with performance of any duty under any law
You don’t see a problem with that?

No they were responsible for a job they refused to perform it makes pretty clear sense that if you don't follow with your election duties you'd be charged
