Point of clarification: the line item was just generically renamed after the press reports came out. It’s still there. I don’t think there are any procurement issues here though.

To put things in perspective. Musk is currently worth 406 Billion. Assuming an average 5% return on investment and he lives 40 more years to 93, Musk would have to spend 63 Million dollars a day (23 Billion dollars a year), every day to run out of money. He's not in this for the money.
