It's idiotic that we let people into the country en masse, but now much give each illegal due process. I can't take credit for this, but caught a clip of Gutfeld and Tyrus floated this solution.
They are all immediately deported to their country of origin. Court date for your hearing is 12 years in the future. JUST like the asylum claims' court dates.

What sort of asylum are you seeking if you're passing through 3 or 4 different countries when the rule is you stop at the first friendly country?
Honestly there should be a no-aslyumn potential for most countries, there's just no way that many governments want you dead.

that or (possible alternate) make an agreement to setup an administrative, i.e. immigration, judge (just 1) at the embassy/consulate of the home country.
