If that is in Georgia, where ballot harvesting is illegal, a voter should not be at the same drop box twice. You have to personally deliver your own personal ballot.

The only way that is legal is if the person in question is delivering the ballot for a disabled family member. You have to get permission to do it. Then it is legal.

This is the way I understand it. I have read up on it but I could be wrong.

In California(where ballot harvesting is legal) that is legal.
