This fricking imbecile said that he was leaving because the terms and conditions have the dispute resolution as Texas. Like it’s some nefarious conspiracy.
All T&C have the corporate domicile as the location for the dispute resolution. Since X moved to Texas they have to update their T&C to reflect their new domicile.
