Don't remember where, but heard this discussed and the thought was that the DOJ would charge defendants with misdemeanors and seek maximum penalties for the misdemeanors.
The commies will not give up or allow any mercy. Their ideology is their God, they worship that. Anything and anyone opposing it threatens their basic belief in life.
Very similar to a radical Islamic terrorist. There is no negotiating with them. The hard truth is there is no peaceful world where we exist together. We can continue to play these politically correct games..... won't matter.
We are still ending up in same place.
