We just need to go back to the days of when cops hung out in coffee shops eating donuts and helped little old ladies across the street in the rich part of town.

That way the racial oppression will stop. Not sure what will happen to the hoods though. Maybe the gangs and criminal assholes will self-police.

Consent decrees aren't laws dumbass, they are agreements pursuant to laws.

This is from the report

quote:

We opened this investigation pursuant to the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, 42 U.S.C. § 14141 (Section 14141), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d (Title VI), and the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, 42 U.S.C. 3789d (Safe Streets Act). Section 14141 prohibits law enforcement agencies from engaging in a pattern or practice of conduct that violates the Constitution or laws of the United States. Title VI and its implementing regulations and the Safe Streets Act prohibit law enforcement practices that have a disparate impact based on protected status, such as race or ethnicity, unless these practices are necessary to achieve legitimate, non-discriminatory objectives.

Exactly. Just like I said . . . they aren't "laws at all."

A consent decree is like a contract, contracts aren't "laws" but they are enforceable.

And contrary to what you believe the Obama administration is not the first administration to use consent decrees.

3) Stop subsidizing planned parenthood
How do these bring down the murder rate at all? The first one is punishing people for being poor. The second one is just flat out wrong. There is a pretty strong correlation with the drop in crime that occurred in the 90s and the legalization of abortion 20 years prior.

how many more people will be killed in Chicago this year?

You should lower that to this weekend for sanity sake.

The bolded part is the objective part of the law that is usually ignored and destroyed by political pressure by people that are not affected by lawlessness.

Im seriously convinced Loretta Lynch is an AI. Her voice patters and head/eye movements are what I would expect a v1 AI to resemble

It's sad to the point of comedy that, with what's going on in Chicago, that this was the angle they pursued.

You think that's going to make people stop fricking?

There has been ONE proven method to reduce birth rates in the history of mankind - educate women.

In my opinion they're not being aggressive enough. Chicago is one of the deadliest places on earth and they're worried about the police being too tough. That's not logical at all.
