If it's a private company, you don't do things that may reflect negatively on your company. There is no free speech in the work place. Freedom of speech was intended for the public to criticize the government without consequences for it.

Insulting Kirk or anyone else on social media after they've just been shot and killed? Yes, the person should be fired for sheer stupidity.

The “he didn’t deserve to die BUT he was vile” crowd is trying to show that they are “tolerant.”
