Here's a TV station headline:
Voter turnout dismal as Democratic presidential primary nears end
Surprisingly I've not yet found the voter registration totals in SC. But it is a state with 5.1 million people and an African American population of 1.35 million. That less than ten percent of the AA population. Let's assume only 70% of that population is able to vote. 126K is then 12%. Let's give Biden the benefit of the doubt and say he got 17% of the AA vote.
Biden didn't really turn out the voters and I didn't include non-AA democrat voters. No enthusiasm.

Yes I I believe it, blacks vote for who they are told to vote for.

But you have to admit the AA vote in South Carolina bailed out Biden in 2020. He was in dismal shape until SC turned out the vote for him.
