Now do the the federal executive declaring a national emergency to divert funding to a project Congress refused to authorize.
Now tell me about the dozens of federal emergencies we continue to be under declaration of.
They are all an overreach, dumbass.

Sure, let’s strike down the entire statute as an unconstitutional diversion of power by Congress to the Executive.
Not sure how that makes me a dumbass though as you tacitly agreed with me

I don't like the Kennedy Center stuff but if that is the worst part of the bill then sign it. On the other hand, under no circumstance, I do not give a flying frick how many people die because of this action, I do not give a flying frick how many people lose their jobs because of this action, if there is one word in this bill that is designed to help Democrats fix elections you do not sign this bill.

I'm disagreeing with the ridiculous infringement upon individual rights in this era of totalitarian emergency powers. That would be state/federal/municipal overreach.
If that makes us in agreement on this issue then sure, cheers mate.

Gary Cohn says lawmakers should ‘throw as much money as you can’ at coronavirus economic crisis
Trump's economic advisor.
Trump is signing whatever garbage gets in front of him without even giving it a second thought.

Trump didn't seem to mind the Kennedy Center money based on his comments at the press briefing--very disappointing.
The Bolshivik voting crap is treason.
