I can think of only a couple of women
that post to the poli-board.
Listening to rush, hannity, and levin most callers are men.
Yet the msm claim that women have all this political power and they have been fawning over all the dem women (not republican) that were elected this month.
They think they will change this country for the better. I doubt it.

Women care about politics only as much as it affects their children. Aside from that they couldn’t care less.

Generally people that work more tend to care more about politics. Except your local flaming SJW that demands $15 an hour for working cashier at Long John Silvers

Just because women aren't as active on the political board of a sports forum or don't call into angry white man talk radio doesn't mean they don't follow politics. You have what's called a sampling bias.

The ones I know who are into politics are crazy about it. However they're usually SJWs and insane.

Women in general believe that Feminists are man repellant and don’t want to be associated with them. They care about politics but aren’t vocal about them.

Feminists are vocal about their politics because they are mad at the world and blame men for it. Politics is a way for them to take out their aggression on men.

But I agree with GeauxTigers above, they get vocal about politics when it messes with their kids. Then. All bets are off.

Why are you Progs so damn hung up on white people?

Brainwashing works, y'all are off the deep end with this obsession.

Don't judge female interest in politics by their numbers on poli boards. Women receive messages into their brains differently from men. This causes them to be hypersensitive to disagreement.

I learned this when I was coaching girls softball. If I said 'Suzee, you need to stay in front of the grounder to knock it down.' She heard: 'Suzee, you're fat, ugly and have no friends.'
So, she quit.

On a poli-board if Suzee says 'I like the Southern Poverty Law Center.' And Zach says 'Suzee, it's a bogus money making left wing scam.' She hears: 'Suzee, you're fat, ugly and have no friends.'
So, she quits and goes to the OT Lounge.

I think it has dramatically increased with the progressives’ constant attacks on Trump accusing him of being a sexist and all. It’s a narrative based on lies which has clearly worked to activate a base who isn’t normally politically active.

This s a very dangerous trend. It will continue until the GOP starts doing the same thing back to them.

They prob vote with their heart instead of their brain.
That's why heath care is such a big issue with them.
Other than what the counts on "the view" have to say, most women probably don't care about politics.

I am a woman and I am passionately interested in politics and political history. I don't post much here but I read the board daily. I listen to conservative talk radio everyday and I read about 10 news websites per day, as well as many actual books about political topics/events.

Outside of church? I'd say no.

Or, I'd say they are far more likely to be a single-issue voter.

Hell, my mom still calls me every election and ask how she should vote. She's smart and well educated, but she doesn't really follow politics and would rather defer to my opinion... she used to just listen to dad, but he passed away a decade ago.

My in-laws are the same way.

I do not believe most care.

Of all the girls I know pretty well, I cannot think of more than one who is into politics and she’s a disgusting feminist. A handful have no clue what is going on but vote liberal because their celebrity idols tell them to. The rest probably couldn’t tell you who our VP is right now.

That’s not a shot at women, I just find they don’t give a shite.

I'm quite sure it's true that women are generally less interested in politics than men. Believe it or not, men and women have different interests, in aggregate.

I know my wife pretty much votes as i do because i’m her source of information, if she votes at all and my voting age daughter has zero i nterest in politics and has no intention of ever voting so my small sampling says most dont care.

no--married with grown boys.

I agree that most women are not interested. It aggravates the hell out of me when I try to discuss something with friends and they are completely un-informed. Yet, they will spout off some liberal SJW line they heard somewhere as if they understand the topic. My best friend of course is interested--we meet for coffee every weekend and talk about current events/poltics as well as the normal life stuff.

I remember when my son was being deployed for the 4th time to Afghanistan and I was telling a coworker (woman) and she replied, "oh, we still have people there? I thought that was over." (this was during the Obama administration when he "ended the combat mission" there but kept thousands of troops there. The un-informed thought Obama ended the war and brought everyone home. Idiots.

My wife has gone from zero interest in politics to totally consumed with it. And it's not because of my encouragement. She just watched my reading and discussion habits for a few years and decided 'Oooh, that's interesting stuff.'

OTOH, I have not gotten into her big hobby. South Park calls it Murder Porn. TV shows about real life murder cases.
