So the DNC hates God, Christians and this country. They just don't care to hide it anymore

I hope they like warm places, because that is where they are all going.

You should ask a Muslim or a Jew if they believe that Jesus is God.
You will change your mind.

Why is this news ?

Democrats aren't Christians .

God doesn't support abortion.

Republicans who have ever voted for a Democrat aren't Christians either , because god doesn't support abortion.

Good catch OP. I noticed this last night when I heard one of their moron recite the POA.

Then I wondered - they hate the American flag, why do they feel the need to put it behind all of their smug faces -- John Kerry? Just burn it already, that's what you support.

God was not even added to the pledge until 1954 and that was just due to the Red Scare. It should have never been added in the first place. The author of the pledge was a minister and he was smart enough to leave god out of the pledge because it is a pledge to the nation. Adding God was just a knee jerk reaction of snowflake conservatives

The Pledge of Allegiance is itself a socialist creed. Do a little research about Francis Bellamy. I don't recite it because my allegiance is to my God, my family and my beliefs, not an inanimate object that represents an unrecognizable nation that has strayed miles and miles from its principles. Pledging allegiance to the flag represents a subordination of the individual to the state, which is exactly what the Marxists want.

As highlighted by the Washington Times, the term "under God" was not officially part of the Pledge of Allegiance until 1954.

The funny thing is that the Bible tells you not to swear any oaths.

James 5:12
But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.

If "The Republic for which it stands" came to you and asked you to commit some heinous act against God or your fellow man, would you? Probably not. So, you're really not allegiant to them.

Finally, our Nation has previously and probably still commits atrocities all over the world that we'll never know about and would never agree with if we knew. You likely aren't allegiant to those things either.

We blindly say the "pledge" as Patriots but do we ever truly consider what it means?

Love the people of your country. Love your neighbor as yourself. You'll be alright.

At least two caucuses at the 2020 Democratic National Convention opted to omit "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance during this week's convention meetings, according to reports.
