Trump is right- this is a critical pending decision from the SCOTUS. I have been nervous about what comes out, hope we are not disappointed!

Constitutional authority: Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution gives Congress the power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts, and excises, which includes the authority to set tariffs.

A follow-up ---what policy has been put into place regarding tariffs? And if you think we have polices, do you think these policies should be able to be changed on the whim of a tweet when the President is upset?
