Disney agrees to settle Florida lawsuit

That clause suggests that if Disney is satisfied with the outcome of the negotiations, it might drop the federal civil complaint against the Republican governor.

Florida Sunshine laws should apply here. I don’t see how they could keep the terms secret.
There are provisions to keep some things confidential but I don’t see that applying here. It’s about Disney taking control of design and construction. That makes sense. Speed up development.

Disney is losing and it is not over yet. They have reduced their market cap by over $100 billion since 2021.
