Buddy of mine was in a big greek organization and got kicked out of it and Bama for dealing powder in that era. Somehow kept it hidden from his parents too. To this day, they believe he graduated from Bama... I guess he had some excuse for never walking... and his Dad was absolutely loaded. From Huntsville. So, after "college," his Dad funded some business ventures of his that did great and he's doing very well in life these days.
