They won’t be. But even if they did, Supreme Court would reverse that crap 6-3. I suspect many state already have the law suits drawn up.

Until the fed govt just getting into the wrong lane. Like the voting bill, using the money they give states to push their partisan agenda, BBB type stuff. Even a potus make decisions that impact us, and states aren't able to do anything about it.

Heck CA has way to much power, as they make crazy decisions and eventually making it's way across the country by forcing companies to meet their demands.
