I feel like there was a famous case in Florida a few years ago.

OMG are you talking about Trayvon Martin? That case wasn't even a little bit related to the topic we were discussing.

1M law enforcement officers in this country , and you found TWO examples of police related shootings in the last 24 hours nationawide and you think we have an epidemic that requires reform?

I didn't "find" two examples. Two examples came up in my Facebook feed from my local TV station. I didn't even go to policemisconduct.net and I haven't for probably a year. Nor did I go to Reason or Balko's site. I stay away from them because it's disgusting.

As breeds go, a pit is not a really fast dog. Now if you can shoot a Australian Shep that's just had a quad espresso, that's impressive.

Aw isn't that a cute try, but notice that your suspect did NOT fire his weapon in self defense. He fired it because the young kid had robbed him. Those are different facts and thus result in a different outcome.

Nice try though, no not really, really it was weak.

When Bell shot at him the second time, the carjacker had exited the car with a gun. But you keep believing in universal negatives.

I've now read four articles on the topic, and NONE of them claim the facts that you have.

I don't imagine you can provide a link that does either.

Are you sure?

Hall is accused of carjacking at gunpoint 65-year-old Edward Bell, who shot back in self defense, accidentally striking the woman through the wall of her nearby home.
