Funny you mention personal police force. Do you see any of these complaints or issues in red states, where they allow their police to arrest people and detain illegal aliens?

It’s like you don’t understand politics. Democrats didn’t like the influx of so many because it hurt their constituents in the black communities. They will go against anything republicans back and will abandon their own values over anything Trump likes. Now they want influx to change voting demographics to thwart any GOP agenda

Covid helped. A lot of the jobs dried up and people went back home to their countries. It was post-covid when things went nuts. And what hurt was that the Biden Administration was shoving USAID money to NGOs that were ferrying illegals to our border, helping them cross, and getting them situated in American cities
