There were plenty of people who cared during the Biden administration
according to your logic
they cared
they investigated, concocted and charged Trump directly with any number of things
they assumedly investigated this thoroughly enough and found something that could have implicated Trump
they assumedly then gave it to Biden, a guy who stated (with Harris) directly that Trump was a threat to our Democracy
but it was never disclosed during the time to stop Trump from being reelected because
1) Biden (and other higher ups) were afraid of being "clipped" and/or
2) they were also in the files in an incriminating way and therefore weren't willing to sacrifice themselves. So unwilling that they didn't even discuss the files or just release those files that incriminated Trump and not themselves
the alternative to your logic is.
In an attempt to get Trump on anything they could possibly have stick they throroughly reviewed all the Epstein files and found nothing not only concrete but nothing that even rose to the levels of the absurd pee tapes and E. Jean Carroll accusations and therefore was beneath even their willingness to sling shite.
They were so incompetant that this evidence existed and they spent their time instead on things like valuing Mar a lago at $18M.

No I'm not. But it does highlight the other point...that he knew about it and just looked the other way.

The Bush's knew (Jeb), Bill Clinton knew, Obama knew, Biden knew, Trump knew. A whole hell of a lot of people all over the globe had suspicion, heard rumors and KNEW about allegations against Epstein's activities and just looked the other way. Why pray tell, does Donald Trump get highlighted that "he knew about it and just looked the other way?"

Because they all knew about the rumors, they knew about allegations of Epstein's activities, they all ran in the same circles and hob-knobbed with each other. THEY all knew there was a very real possibility that Epstein's conduct was questionable, what were once possibilities became fact when he went to prison.

Here is the truth that people do not want to hear. Many of the Epstein victims were prostitutes. Yes they were under 18 and probably runaways. Were they trafficked by someone else? Maybe, maybe not. If you read the files though a lot of these girls claiming to be victims did so to get those payouts from JP Morgan and others. They were not only going there willingly, being paid, bringing other girls with them and out recruiting other prostitute friends. So really some of the "victims" are co conspirators and its in the files. Also every victim in Florida said they only had sexual contact with Epstein and no one else.
