No. It's not. It is factually and historically correct.

Note that I said it was not ESTABLISHED as a democracy. The fact that it has morphed into more of a democracy does not change the accuracy of my statement.

Yep, there needs to be some competency requirement to vote - I’ve always said a HS diploma/GED should be the bare minimum.

The US isn’t a PURE democracy but it’s still a representative democracy.

No, we are a Constitutional Republic of 50 states who happens to choose to do things democratically.

"Democracy" exists in America as an adjective.

Why do you think they are flooding this country with 3rd world illegals? They are all mostly undeducated. They will do as they are told in order to receive the democrat welfare and handouts. They don't know what rights they have under the US Constitution. They just want free shite.

Not a Democracy...

So these stupid people, are they included in the ~36% that voted or those that did not vote? Trying to understand if only stupid people vote and all the smart people stay at home? BC if we truly have more stupid people, then who is voting?

We have a complacency problem. As a whole the population has outsourced Liberty for convenience. That was done by design and a lot of smart people fall for this as well...

Yes, I SHOULD have seen the importance of politics to my goals of a good life and family, but it just was a small part of my world

I begged people to get involved for over 20 years, and I can't tell you how many times I heard "it doesn't affect me" or "I'm too busy with my own stuff."

This is exactly how they took it over. They made it just comfortable enough that people who could do something wouldn't.

After buying up most of the local media companies, you never heard any alternatives to what they brainwashed you with.

It's a wrap now. Selfishness and greed did us in.

I am 54 and my son is 24. He's very smart and in his clinicals part of med school. I was talking about this same idea over the weekend while deer hunting. Nothing can replace life experience and the bit of wisdom from aging. I am not saying it's ok for those university students to demonstrate for Hamas, but certainly understandable how young minds can be influenced and emotions can be manipulated by professors and MSM.

I'd be shocked if 1/4 of this board could pass a civic exam.

I think that's why Reps were so shocked with the 2020 election. Once you make it easy for everyone to vote, the results aren't going to be the way you might have expected.

I imagine the easier it is to vote, the more Dem wins you'll see.

I'd be shocked if 10% of Democrats could pass a basic economic exam
