They don't GAF. they will manufacture something on Kav because he is easy prey. Then Biden will appoint Hillary, Eric Holder, or Obama-or some other political hack to replace Kav. They have the military guarding them now-They can do whatever they want with the crooked FBI planting evidence.

I don’t see Kavanaugh as easy prey. He’s a sitting supreme court justice, and I think that even a good number of Democrats will see the trouble of trying to take out somebody who has already twice been confirmed as a judge.

All true. But he is the only Justice not on team democrat that they have a common theme for already. If they create a big enough scandal and compose it will erase his tenure as a past judge.

It is far easier then stacking the courts by executive order. But this will be plan B if the Kav frame job doesn't work out.
