It will probably create more race baiting charlatans, once legit solid customers start asking for test scores and resumes for all working on their acct. I know I'm going to start looking at things like that more, and probably avoid out of the gate anyone I think is a diversity hire. Frick these garbage white guilt cucks pushing this garbage.
IIRC Larry Elder was mentioned a while back, how he was being told by friends in CHI law firm that this garbage just creates more work for other lawyers as they have to go thru correcting all the bad work by the diversity hires.
