Why does that matter? Is there any proof that Obama ordered any "surveilling" of Trump? I mean Trump said, specifically, Obama was tapping his phones. No quotes. Those were his words. Where is the proof?

Likely none unfortunately. It's no accident that Trump creates so much controversy. If you have 50 fires burning at once it makes it damn near impossible to put them all out. By the time anyone tries to follow up on this he will have created another fire so people forget about this one. This will be the new norm the next 4 years.

Trump's accused Obama of committing a felony. The felony was wiretaps on the level of Nixon/Watergate and Mcarthyism. This will be my last response to you as you either don't understand your own question or refuse to admit the obvious answer to it.
Eta: if nothing he accused Obama of is illegal or a felony then why are we having congress investigate the matter???
