New York alone kills it. Their population dwarfs the rest of the "Northeastern United States" - unless you consider only classic New England, and even then, Mass is the high boy with "only" a $611k average.

Median home price in the U.S. does appear up over 10% from last year, which is interesting in an environment of both inflation and rising interest rates.
