Debate speakings skills

Maybe it’s just me, but the speaking ability of the Democrats at the debate last night seemed especially bad. They frequently stumble over words (especially Biden), fail to address the question (especially Booker) and generally lack any sort of impressive ability to orate. Their vocabulary honestly isn’t much better than your typical blue collar average Joe.
Now I know that it’s a debate, which is one of the toughest situations in which to speak and articulate ideas, but I’ve seen far better in college debate clubs at some very average state schools, let alone the elite schools.
It kind of struck me today as I was sitting in yet another conference call at work. Nearly all of our VPs and upper executives have extremely precise yet eloquent manners of explaining difficult concepts or answering tough questions about their product lines or delivery deadlines. Now obviously they aren’t on camera in front of millions of viewers, but if any of them tried to answer a question in the way that Booker or Biden or Beto did they would get destroyed. Our CEO would be in instant attack mode at the first stammered phrase or sidestepped question.
I really don’t think these people are any more intelligent than the average American. Thoughts?

Honestly bernie sanders is the best speaker of them all. He is very underrated as a speaker.

Biden’s delivery is worse than 2019 Lee Corso.

Like them or hate them, Pete and Bernie can actually debate and hold a concise conversation.
But to me nothing is funnier than watching Warren start her response by saying "let me make this clear" and then spend 2 and 1/2 minutes completely avoiding the question.

My attention was split, but it seemed to me that Tulsi would have been pretty strong when CNN wasn't trying to stick Zucker's censor-dick in her mouth.
Buttguy is pretty well spoken, but has no substance.
Biden still doesn't know where he is or what year it is, and it was painfully obvious.
Beto is a vapid pussy who will say yes to any shocking radical left proposal question thrown at him.
Kamala, resorting to a former life, is an attention/power-grabbing whore whose phoniness drips out of her mouth like [CENSORED].

I’d never hit a woman, but I’d shake the shite out of Kamala.

Sanders is very confident in his message. However, his message is gawbage.

Guess you never watched Trump on a debate stage?

Their biggest problem is that they don't have any winning issues to run on. So, they're reduced to trashing President Trump, lying about his record, and lying about Americans.
Bernie might be the only one running on HIS issues, and they're terrible. He openly admits that he despises Capitalism, and I heard today that Sanders even wants to tax the most productive Americans at a tax rate as high as 97-98%. That's INSANE.
If the government is taking 90% of every dollar you earn, what's the damn point of getting out of bed every day?

Harris has a voice and personality that just gets under your skin, makes me sick; her mouth should only be open to perform what we all know she does best. Biden cannot complete one sentence without stumbling. Elizabeth Warren blabbers about unicorns and fairy dust. The question I pose to everyone is this- can you truly picture any of those people on stage last night to running the country??? Truly scary...

Bernie is not a good speaker. He lacks eloquence and can fool the easily convinced with his sheer arrogance and loud, direct voice. His vocal clarity however does not make him a good speaker.
The Hawaii congresswoman who seems well liked on this forum is a horrendous speaker, almost as bad as Beto.
Buttgeig is their best speaker.

In the great words of George Carlin "Think of how stupid the average person is. Now remember half of them are stupider than that"

To be fair, Trump is not exactly Cicero.

Bernie speaks loudly, forcefully, and confidently, like most Marxist leaders.
